Hi, I'm Taylor!
I'm a Western Washington University graduate with degrees in Design and French, currently working as the Graphic Designer & Advertising Specialist at Cascadia Daily News in Bellingham, Washington.
My creative career arguably began when I was coming home from school every day with a new invention made entirely out of garbage. From a swimming pool and waterslide for my Polly Pockets to a camera complete with a neck strap made from a cream cheese box and pipe cleaners, I was always making something. From an early age, I knew I wanted to be some kind of artist when I grew up.
When I’m not designing, you can usually find me snowboarding, crocheting while rewatching Scandal, consuming an unhealthy amount of caffeine, or convincing myself that one more pair of shoes is a perfectly reasonable purchase.
From illustration and editorial design to typography and branding, I love finding order in chaos and making dense information a little less intimidating. I’m currently open to freelance opportunities and can't wait to collaborate on your next project.
